Qiu Hong Attended Meeting of Experience Exchange and Policies on Demonstrating Cities of Service Outsourcing
On August 14, Assistant Minister Qiu Hong attended the meeting of experience exchange and policies on demonstrating cities of service outsourcing, listened to reports on development trend and experience of service outsourcing industry by representatives of IDC, IBM and Beijing Cloud Valley, and leaders of municipal level of Guangzhou, Harbin, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Nanchang, and listened to suggestions on service outsourcing policies by Jiangsu Department of Commerce and commerce agencies of 21 demonstration cities of service outsourcing.
Totally 140 representatives from local and central governments attended the meeting.
